AI Private Beta Program Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction and Scope

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the amazee.io AI Private Beta Program ("Beta Program") and your use of the amazee.io AI services, including but not limited to the Drupal amazee.io AI Provider module integration ("Beta Services"). By accessing or using the Beta Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

The AI Private Beta Program is by invitation only. Your participation is subject to:

• Receiving a formal invitation from amazee.io
• Completing the registration process
• Accepting these Terms and Conditions
• Maintaining confidentiality about the Beta Program as specified herein

The AI Private Beta Program Services are provided for evaluation purposes but are not generally available. You understand and agree that:

• The Beta Program Services may contain bugs, errors, or other issues.
• The Beta Program Services may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice.
• amazee.io makes no guarantees regarding uptime, reliability, or performance during the Beta Program period.
• Support for the Beta Program Services may be limited.

amazee.io is committed to protecting your data privacy and security. With respect to the AI Private Beta Program Services:

• amazee.io does not have access to your Drupal sites, websites, or products where the Drupal amazee.io AI Provider module is installed.
• amazee.io does not read, store, or retain your content data processed through the Beta Program Services.
• Any content processed through vector databases or search functions remains private and is not accessible by amazee.io.
• amazee.io will NEVER use any of your data to train AI models or for any purpose other than providing you with Beta Program Services.
• All data processing occurs in accordance with the data sovereignty principles and the regions specified during setup.

You understand and acknowledge that:

• The Drupal amazee.io AI Provider module integrates directly with your Drupal sites and websites.
• You are responsible for ensuring compatibility with your systems.
• Installation and configuration of the module is your responsibility, though amazee.io may provide guidance.
• amazee.io has no access to your systems beyond what is necessary to provide the Beta Program Services as configured by you.

As an AI Private Beta Program participant, you agree to:

• Provide feedback on the Beta Program Services when requested.
• Report any bugs, errors, or issues you encounter.
• Keep confidential any information about the Beta Program Services that is not publicly available.
• Not disclose any details about the Beta Program Services to non-participants without amazee.io's prior written consent.

• All intellectual property rights in the Beta Program Services remain with amazee.io or its licensors.
• Your feedback may be used by amazee.io to improve the Beta Program Services without compensation.
• No rights are granted to you except for the limited right to use the Beta Program Services during the Beta Program.

• The AI Private Beta Program will run for the period specified in your invitation or until terminated by amazee.io.
• amazee.io may terminate your participation in the AI Private Beta Program at any time without notice.
• Upon termination, you will cease all use of the Beta Program Services and uninstall any related software.
• Any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
• Many components of the services related to the Beta Program rely on or are released as open source software, which remains subject to their respective open source licenses.

• THE BETA PROGRAM SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
• amazee.io DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
• amazee.io SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE BETA PROGRAM SERVICES.
• YOU ASSUME ALL RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH USING THE BETA SERVICES.

By accessing or using the AI Private Beta Program services, you agree to be bound by the amazee.io Acceptable Use Policy: https://docs.amazee.io/policy/acceptable-use.

In particular, you may not use the Beta Program Services to:

• Generate, upload, or distribute harmful, offensive, illegal, or discriminatory content.
• Conduct automated testing, penetration testing, or performance benchmarking without prior written permission.
• Attempt to circumvent any technical limitations or security measures.
• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
