Welcome to the team, Stephanie!
After two years as a trade journalist, Stephanie switched to marketing to pursue her passion for bringing new ideas and digital experiences to life.
With a decade of combined experience in marketing and journalism, Stephanie has a strong track record of educating users, driving lead generation, and increasing engagement. She has created content and marketing plans for various industries, including technology, healthcare, staffing, food service, and cybersecurity.
Stephanie worked as an assistant web editor in healthcare publishing for two years before she moved on to work at a marketing agency. While at the agency, she handled content and inbound marketing for multiple clients in various industries, including technology, healthcare, data as a service, and others. Stephanie enjoyed the creativity and flexibility that marketing allowed, so after that agency closed, she moved to an in-house marketing role in the cybersecurity industry. She expanded her marketing skillset further and experimented with new techniques, tools, and strategies.
She’s most proud of her writing and research skills and her willingness to learn something new. She considers it a good day when she’s solved a problem novelly, given the freedom to try a new strategy or tactic, and put something beneficial out into the world.
Stephanie’s looking forward to being challenged, bringing new ideas to life, and learning from her new team.
After work, she enjoys watching documentaries, listening to music, reading, and doing escape rooms. She also collects TV and movie props, including props from Mad Men, 30 Rock, The Office, Better Off Dead, Orphan Black, Schitt’s Creek, and You’re the Worst.
She’s currently teaching herself audio editing and will soon be starting classes to learn French.
