Meet Marco Cadetg, our new Platform Software Engineer

With over a decade’s worth of experience in the tech industry, Marco brings a wealth of knowledge to our global team. 

Marco started his career in 2006 as a systems administrator at Postini, setting up infrastructure for their globally adopted SaaS product. In 2008, Postini was acquired by Google and Marco became a Gmail SRE. After that, he moved to Zattoo as a Data Engineer, later evolving into a more traditional SRE role, focusing on developing code in Python and Go. He then moved on to SwissRe for three years, where he also worked as an SRE. 

Now at amazee.io, Marco is looking forward to working and collaborating with his colleagues on new projects and solving interesting challenges.

In his spare time, Marco enjoys playing the guitar, spending some hours at the Lake of Zürich, fishing, or going for a ride on his new gravel bike.
