Drupal AI Trial Platform Terms and Conditions

1. Purpose and Scope

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Drupal AI Trial Platform. By accessing or using the Trial Platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.

The Trial Platform is provided “as is” and may be used for evaluation and demonstration purposes only. You understand and agree that:

• The Trial Platform contains pre-populated seed data and is not intended for production use
• No backups are performed or maintained for any Trial Platforms or Trial Environments
• Trial Environments may be deleted without notice after periods of inactivity
• The Trial Platform does not provide production-level reliability, uptime, or data persistence
• All data you create or upload may be permanently lost at any time

You agree:

• To use the Trial Platform solely for legitimate evaluation of its features and capabilities
• Not to upload, store, or process any personal data, confidential information, or production data
• Data provided in the Trial Platform is fictional and for demonstration purposes only

By using the Trial Platform, you consent that:

• Your contact information (name, email, organization) may be used for the purposes of:
• - Contacting you with relevant updates about the trial
• - Providing trial-related support and assistance
• We may collect usage data to improve the Trial Platform and understand how users interact with it
• Your information will not be sold, rented, or otherwise disclosed to unrelated third parties for marketing purposes

The Trial Platform includes artificial intelligence and machine learning features that:

• May not produce complete, accurate, or reliable results
• Should not be used for making critical decisions without human review and verification
• Are not guaranteed to process all inputs appropriately
• May produce different results for similar inputs
• Are provided for demonstration purposes only

In particular, you may not use the Trial Platform to:

• Generate, upload, or distribute harmful, offensive, illegal, or discriminatory content
• Conduct automated testing, penetration testing, or performance benchmarking without prior written permission
• Attempt to circumvent any technical limitations or security measures
• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights

All intellectual property rights in the Trial Platform, including software, designs, and content, belong to amazee.io or its licensors. No rights or licenses are granted other than the limited right to use the Trial Platform in accordance with these terms.

The Trial Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind. amazee.io expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

amazee.io shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages resulting from your use of the Trial Platform, any outputs generated by the AI features, or any loss of data or content you upload or create on the Trial Platform.

amazee.io reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Trial Platform at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice or liability. Additionally, Trial Environments may be automatically terminated after periods of inactivity.

amazee.io may modify these terms at any time without notice. Your continued use of the Trial Platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
